The starting point for our two ingredient, single origin Bolivian bars is premium, wild grown cacao from the jungles in the north of the country. The beans are harvested by hand and fermented on site before being shipped. We sort, roast, grind, winnow, conch, refine, temper, mold, and wrap each batch by hand. We use pure organic cane sugar to add a bit of sweetness and to compliment the naturally fruity and raisin like flavor of the beans. These bars are exceptionally smooth and a favorite of our customers who like their chocolate a little on the dark side.
